Bold Ascents is dedicated to guiding youth toward building a bold future filled with empowerment, accountability, and opportunity.

The value of feeling seen and heard as a young individual is at the forefront of our work.

At Bold Ascents, our mission is to empower and support adolescents and young adults across the country, ages 14-30, both in their transition home from treatment programs and those without treatment history who may need additional support at home.

Who We Help

Bold Ascents supports adolescents and young adults, ages 14 to 30, of all genders, through daily mentor support that is solution-focused, relational, and direct, with a strong emphasis on client choice. We support clients with varying mental health diagnoses from anxiety, to depression to substance use.

  • Transitioning home from treatment

  • Feeling stuck or navigating daily life with minimal structure, struggling to build momentum, overly reliant on parents, or needing support to foster independence and move toward greater autonomy

  • Resistant to pursuing a higher level of care, seeking a neutral, choice-driven space to explore next steps on their own terms

  • Without prior treatment history but may benefit from structured, non-clinical support, including those seeking to establish care gradually or who are not yet ready to engage in therapy

  • Burned out from therapy or treatment, needing a different kind of support that honors choice, meets them where they are, and helps them re-engage with their goals in a way they define
